The lamp does move freely but tends to stay up at a 45 degree angle from the weight of the socket and hardware inside. Has original label on inside Each lamp measures approximately 6.5in in diameter x 8in tall with the base ring. Excellent vintage condition, some light wear to spots on the outside, the inside is fairly oxidized but not really visible.
