Vintage Macassar and Ebony Center Side Tripod Table in the style of Ruhlmann
Bold and striking round tripod center or side table. Features ebonized wood with a round center inset of macassar. Three cabriolet style legs start out of a hexagonal tapered base under the top and end in lovely chrome metal foot caps. Reminiscent of the the style of Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann, have been told that this is a Mid 20th Century reproduction of one of his designs, but could not confirm. Measures 26 1/8th inch diameter x 24 1/4th inch tall. Excellent vintage condition, spots in the finish along an inside edge of the top have slightly lifted as pictured.
